They designed and made my beautiful engagement ring with so much care and attention to detail, and I couldn’t be happier with it. The store is beautiful and the whole team are just lovely.

I was in recently having my ring cleaned and had my son with me. He’s really interested in gems and diamonds and was asking SO many questions! The team were amazing with him, showing him different things, answering all his questions and genuinely taking the time to teach him. He absolutely loved it.

I wanted a tantalum wedding band with a tension-set diamond, but finding a jeweller willing to even attempt it was a challenge in itself. We went to multiple other jewellers first, and every single one told us they couldn't work with tantalum, or that setting a diamond in it just wasn't possible. It was honestly starting to feel like a dead end.

Then we found Stuart. He took the time to properly explain the risks and options involved with the metal, so we could make an informed decision rather than just being told "no." Given how durable tantalum is, which mattered a lot for my job, we decided to go ahead.

What really impressed me was his suggestion to add an invisible shelf underneath the pressure-set diamond. It meant we could get the exact look we wanted without the added risk of losing the stone down the track. That kind of thoughtful problem-solving is what set him apart from everyone else we spoke to.

I can't recommend Stuart enough. I originally fell in love with some hand-etched wedding bands, but once I found out the price, I realised they were out of my budget. Instead of just letting me walk away disappointed, Stuart suggested casting the design instead (I'll admit I was skeptical at first, since I wasn't sure it could really capture the same look).

He 3D printed a model first and made sure I was completely happy with it before moving ahead with the final piece. Honestly, I cannot tell the difference the detail is stunning. He also added our wedding date for no extra cost and rounded the inside edges to make it feel comfortable.

What really stood out was how well Stuart understood exactly what I wanted and worked with me to find a solution that fit both my vision and my budget. I'm so happy with my wedding band, and I'd trust him with any piece of jewellery in the future. Highly recommend!

It was intricately designed by Stuart alongside my now-husband, Nick, and the result is truly one of a kind. This was not a typical off-the-shelf purchase, Stuart worked closely with Nick to bring his vision to life and create my dream engagement ring.

We loved Stuart’s work so much that we returned a month later to have our wedding bands made as well. My wedding band was designed to complement the engagement ring beautifully, featuring 18 small sunken diamonds. Together, the set is intricate, unique, and absolutely stunning.

I just love this jewellery shop. The staff are attentive and professional, they have resized rings for me that look like brand new when I've received them back. The service is just outstanding and they have a beautiful range of jewellery. My favourite recent purchase is a Ring Keeper necklace to wear my mum's wedding ring which is very sentimental as she recently passed away. I can now treasure her ring while wearing it safely on a beautiful chain.
